What data we process and why

We only process the data you send us voluntarily through the contact form or by email: name and studio, email address, project type and stage, deadline and your message.

We use it only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal for scope and timing. We do not use it to send you advertising or share it with third parties for that purpose.

Legal basis

Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent when you send the form (Art. 6.1.a).

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation or the professional relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. If we do not end up working together, we delete it no later than one year after the last contact.

Who else has access

To run the website we use providers that process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:

• IONOS (website hosting and email), with servers in the European Union.
• Formspree (delivering the contact form to our inbox), based in the United States. The transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, rectify or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or port it to another service, by writing to hola@dlrq.es.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
